      <description>All right.  I last told you about the figured walnut board purchased to make some flag boxes.  I will be resawing and sanding the board before sizing.  For those interested in seeing the board, you will have to wait until next time as it will be easier to see the amazing figure.  As a side note, I will be using a MiniMax MM16 to resaw the board.  If you have ever used one, to is a necessary tool for any custom workshop.  </description>

      <description>Welcome to my first attempt at a blog.  The picture above is my bulldog Winnie.  &lt;br/&gt;I hope to be able to give you some up-to-date info from behind the scenes.  I was recently told about urban lumber that was for sale in Flint.  It is available at the Habitat For Humanity store across from the Flint Farmers Market.   For those of you on the hunt for unique wood to use in your next project, go check it out.  I found some highly figured black walnut.  I will be using it for flag boxes.   Stay tuned and I will show you the progress. </description>
